Merchant Shipping (Oil Pollution) (Supplementary Fund Protocol) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance, 2009.

[摘要] This Ordinance amends the Merchant Shipping (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002 so as to provide for Guernsey for the implementation of the Protocol of 2003 to the International Convention on the Establishment of an international Fund for Compensation for Oil Pollution Damage, 1992. Among other things, new provisions are inserted on the (limitation of) liability of the Supplementary Fund.
