[摘要] This Methodical Instruction establishes that non-point discharge of pollutants shall be considered unorganized surface discharge of pollutants from watershed areas of the enterprises and organizations (rainwater, meltwater, irrigation water) to surface waterbodies or sewerage system of the adjacent enterprises and organizations.
