Ministerial Decree No. 301 validating the Regulation on selection of sites for placing of nuclear plants and nuclear waste disposal sites.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of selection of sites for placing of nuclear plants and nuclear waste disposal sites. Sites for nuclear plants shall be selected with the consideration of the following criteria: (a) possible external impact of natural and (or) technological type; (b) possible drift of radioactive substances; and (c) possibilities for the prevention of damages to the population and environment, and prevention of the risk of nuclear disasters.
