[摘要] The Decree provided for sanctions applied to perpetrators and offenders violating the laws on environmental protection and is divided in: Chapter I, general provisions; Chapter II, administrative violations in environmental protection, forms and rates of fining; Chapter III, powers and procedure of sanctioning; Chapter IV, complaints and denunciation related to the handling of violations; Chapter V, implementation provisions.
