Norm IDAF No. 11 regulating the procedures governing the State environmental licensing to be issued by IDAF.

[摘要] This Norm, consisting of 51 articles and 5 Annexes, regulates the procedures governing the State environmental licensing to be issued by IDAF, among the types of activities detailed in Decree No. 2055-R of 14 May 2008. It specifies all existing environmental licences and different classification of activities that need an environmental licence, laying down all the necessary requirements to obtain such licence.
