Secondary Lead Smelter Release Regulations (SOR/91-155).

[摘要] The present Regulations are made under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the protection of the population from lead smelters. Section 3 establishes that the concentration of particulate matter that the owner or operator of a secondary lead smelter releases into the ambient air shall not exceed the amount listed in this section. The text consists of 15 sections and 2 Schedules.
