Traceability Implementing Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance enforces the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources. Article 1 establishes that the Register Administration runs the Traceability Register as an electronic database in which the issue of inland certificates, recognition of foreign certificates as wells as the transfer and cancellation of inland and foreign certificates shall be registered.
