[摘要] This Decree consisting of 11 articles aims at establishing officers for monitoring function to persecute environmental crimes. They will follow a six-month training course dealing with environmental texts, crimes, environmental damage, environmental pollution control assets, including information on how to detect the location of the environmental crime and how to deal with environmental disasters.
