[摘要] The projects listed in annex I, and the agricultural, industrial, tourism, housing and infrastructure projects listed in annex III of Decree-Law No. 186/90, incorporating the rules contained in EC Directive 85/337 into Portuguese law, shall be subject to environmental impact assessment when their real or potential impact exceed the limits or proportions authorized by the Decree-Law.
