Regional Law No. 113-OZ “On promotion of tourism”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates promotion of tourism by creating favorable conditions therefor. Tourist resources shall include natural, historical and socio-cultural sites and places of interest. The main tasks of state support of tourism shall be creation of favorable conditions, attraction of investment in tourist sector and improvement of efficiency of tourist resources. State support shall be performed by application of preferential taxation terms to investors in tourism.
