[摘要] This Law, consisting of 7 Chapters, creates the Incentive Programme for sugar, alcohol, and electric energy production, including sugar cane derivatives within the State of Acre. It specifies requirements to benefit from incentives in order to perform such activity, to improve agricultural income generating activities and to strengthen sugar related activities through investments to new technologies and competiveness.
