Enforcement Decree of Noise and Vibration Control Act.

[摘要] The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Noise and Vibration Control Act and those necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text – consisting of 15 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: Permission for Installation of Emission Facilities (art. 2); Permissible Standards for Noises Produced by Manufactured Cars (art. 4); Standards for Designating Noise Level Inspection Institutions (art. 10); Reporting (art. 13).
