Norm SEMA No. 1 regulating the procedure of consultation with IPHAN - Institute of National Historical and Artistic Heritage for environmental licensing.

[摘要] This Norm, consisting of 12 articles, regulates the procedure of consultation with IPHAN - Institute of National Historical and Artistic Heritage in the processes of environmental licensing and granting in process at the State Secretariat of Environment of Mato Grosso. The SEMA will consult the IPHAN in the environmental licensing processes and grant whenever the area of direct influence of the enterprise intervene in cultural heritage.
