[摘要] The present Regulations enact the Canada Oil and Gas Operations Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to limits of liability for spills, authorized discharges coming from work or activity concerning the exploration for or production of oil and gas. The text lists the maximum amounts to be awarded for damages caused by such activities or undertakings in respect of any area of land or submarine area. The text consists of 3 sections.
