Regional Act No. 30 on the conservation and improvement of regional natural resources, and amending Regional Acts No. 24/1994, 65/1997, 24/2000 and 10/2010.

[摘要] This Regional Act lays down the legislative framework governing the preservation and improvement of natural resources in Toscana. These provisions concern the creation and management of protected areas and regional parks, as well as the establishment of the regional biodiversity system (which includes Natura 2000 areas, wetlands and sites of Community importance). Provisions on waste prevention and waste management are laid down too.
