[摘要] The present Law implements the Federal Act on environment protection of 7 October 1983.The text consists of 32 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General competences (I); Contribution and fees (II); Environmental impact assessment (III), Waste management (IV); Protection of the soil (V); Air pollution (VI); Noise protection (VII); Disaster protection and hazardous substances protection (VIII); Various provisions (IX).
