[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Federal Energy Act of 26 June 1998. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to saving of energy in buildings. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Heat and cold protection of buildings (2); Building services (3); Final and transitional provisions (4).Nine Annexes are enclosed.
