[摘要] This Decision approves the Strategy for hydrometeorological development so as to reach Asia’s advanced technological and scientific level and being able to conduct basic surveys and hydrometeorological forecasts in service of natural disaster prevention and mitigation, socio-economic development, rational exploitation and use of natural resources and environmental protection.
