[摘要] This Decree is composed of eleven articles. It institutes, within the Ministries for Environment and Justice, two Programs aimed at environmental safety. Namely, they refer to National Environmental Guard and Park Corps. In particular, the Decree defines the main guidelines undergoing these two Programs.
