Regional Law No. 233-OZ “On special ecological fund”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that special budgetary ecological fund shall be formed from the following sources: (a) payments for negative environmental impact; (b) fees for the use of wild fauna species; and (c) other sources envisaged by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Finances of special budgetary ecological fund shall be used for the following purposes: (a) rehabilitation of environment; (b) reproduction of natural resources; (c) research; (d) introduction of ecofriendly processes
