[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of inventory of drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks with a view of registration of available and functioning drainage, land reclamation systems and separate waterworks that by the outcome of inventory shall be indicated on the maps. In the process of inventory shall be assessed wear and tear degree of equipment.
