Decree No. 136 of the Ministry of Public Health validating Sanitary regulation setting forth requirements for organization and perfromance of work under conditions of heating up microclimate.

[摘要] This Decree sets forth requirements for organization and perfromance of work under conditions of heating up microclimate and, in particular, establishes indices characterizing microclimate in working facilities and offices such as degree of air saturation, air flow and intensity of thermal emission. The scope of the Decree shall be protction of public health.
