Ministerial Decree No. 26 validating the Regulation on the modalities of registration of thermal energy and heat transfer agents.

[摘要] The scope of this Ministerial Decree shall be to register thermal energy and heat transfer agents with a view of supervise over actual consumption and rational use of thermal energy, including heating and hot water supply. Registration of consumed energy shall be performed through metering devices. Registration of thermal energy and heat transfer agent shall be performed at the thermal source. This Ministerial Decree contains calculation formulae for thermal energy consumption.
