[摘要] These instructions are issued by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment and provide guidance for implementing environmental impact assessment. Ministries, and other specified public bodies guide consultant units to carry out environmental impact assessment report. These are then submitted to the relevant environmental agency for appraisal.
