Waste Management and Resource Recovery Regulation 2017.

[摘要] This Regulation, consisting of 26 sections divided into six Parts and completed by two Schedules, regulates waste, recovery, recycling and re-use of resources. The contents of this Regulation are as follows: Waste facility licences (including required information for licence application); Waste transporter registration; Waste storage, collection etc; Container deposit scheme; Reporting; Notification and review of decisions; etc. Schedules specify: Waste categories and Reviewable decisions.
