[摘要] The present Act was formerly entitled “An Act respecting the Ministère de l'Énergie et des Ressources”. The title was replaced by section 1 of chapter 13 of the statutes of 1994. The mission of the Minister is to ensure, in a manner consistent with sustainable development and the integrated management of resources, the conservation and development of natural resources, including wildlife and wildlife habitats, and of the lands in the domain of the State. The text consists of 33 sections.
