[摘要] This Ministerial Order approves the Statute of the Ministry of Planning and Development and creates the National Direction for Land Planning. The Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes duties and structure of the aforementioned institution entitled to improve technical knowledge and carry out research on the environmental planning sector, participating in the designing of programmes at Provincial, District and Regional development levels.
