[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of permanent state supervision at nuclear energy sites by the officials of the Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service. The scope of this Ministerial Decree shall be to ensure constant monitoring and supervision at high risk sites and facilities.
