[摘要] This Order requires organizations that: (a) explore, extract, process, transport or store oil, or that own hazardous production sites; and (b) that are obliged by legislation to elaborate measures to prevent emergency oil spills, to report any oil spills to territorial bodies of the Ministry or by using the form contained in Annex 1.
