Regional Law no. 133-OZ amending Regional Law No. 88-OZ “On protected areas”.

[摘要] Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Governor shall determine regional executive body in the field of state policy performance and management of protected areas, shall make decisions related to setting up and demarcation of boundaries of protected areas and shall perform other plenary powers in the sphere of protected areas as established by the regional legislation”.
