[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to protect citizens from harm to their health by asbestos and enable citizens to live in a healthier and more comfortable environment by ensuring the safe management of asbestos. For the purpose of the present Act the term "asbestos" means a silicate mineral forming naturally in a fibrous form as specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment; and the term "asbestos-containing product" means a product that contains asbestos, excluding products made by processing
