[摘要] This Order establishes regulations with regard to the utilization of residues and soil for building and construction, as well as the use of sorted and uncontaminated construction waste. The goal of this document aims to the reduction of waste volue destined to be landfilled or incinerated, and to reduce raw material consumption.
