[摘要] This Regional Law delimits plenary powers of regional executive bodies and sets forth forms of stimulation in the sphere of waste management. Regional Government shall be responsible for: (a) legal regulation of waste management; (b) prevention of natural and technological disasters related to waste management; (c) participation in state policy related to waste management at the regional level; and (d) regional state registration of waste formation.
