[摘要] Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Bodies of the territorial subsystem of the unified federal early warning system and mitigation of the consequences of natural and technological disasters shall perform coordination of the functioning of territorial executive bodies, local government and organizations in the sphere of protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters”.
