Delegated Decree No. 84 amending Delegated Decree No. 44 of 27 April 2012 laying down the Code on the Environment.

[摘要] This Delegated Decree updates the Code on the Environment. The amendments and addenda concern in particular: the adoption of plan on management of flood risks, the strategic environmental assessment and the technological development plan; the prevention of forest fires; monitoring of quality of water for human consumption. The aim of these updates is to ensure a more stringent protection of public health and the environment, from a sustainable development perspective.
