[摘要] This Law sets out the legal framework for the elaboration and enforcement of a national policy for the efficient use of energy and for reducing energy losses in the whole energy cycle. The aim is to contribute to the rational exploitation and use of energy resources and to prevent the adverse impact on the environment.
