Act amending the Environment Protection Act (No. 346 of 2008).

[摘要] This Act amends the Environment Protection Act with respect to matters concern waste management and treatment and inserts new section 45a, 103a and 103b. Provisions that are amended concern, among other things: conditions for an authorization for waste treatment and authorization and plan for extractive waste. The new sections concern authorization and relative conditions for waste extraction activities and risk management of landfills for extractive waste.
