Assignment of Functions (Minister of Energy and Power Development) Notice, 2014 (S.I. 32 of 2014).

[摘要] This Notice of the President assigns to the Minister of Energy and Power Development - (a) the administration of the Acts set out in the Schedule; and (b) the functions conferred or imposed on the Minister save to the extent that those functions have not been assigned to some other Minister. The list of Acts of the Schedule includes Zambezi River Authority Act and the Rural Electrification Fund Act.
