Decree (2003:789) on protection against accidents.

[摘要] This Decree implements provisions of the Act on protection against accidents. It defines general duties of local authorities in respect of fires, environmental disasters, etc. The local authorities shall, among other things, prepare disaster management programmes and plans. Also, duties of the state are defined.
