[摘要] The present Regulation implements the Energy Act of 18 April 1999. It is applicable to new buildings, reconstruction, new installations and replacement of important energy consuming buildings. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 6 Parts: General provisions (1); Prescriptions relating to heat insulation of buildings (2); Energy consuming home appliances (3); Energy safety measures (4), Competence and proceedings (5); Final provisions (6). Four Annexes are enclosed.
