[摘要] This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation for procedures and licensing of Oil and Gas Infrastructures. The Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, specifies all the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain an authorization to perform the following activities: oil and gas storage and transport activities, construction, modification, operation, closure and demolishment of the above mentioned infrastructures.
