Act amending the Act on integrated prevention and some other acts.

[摘要] The Act implements Directive 2003/35/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council providing for public participation in respect of the drawing up of certain plans and programmes relating to the environment. Pursuant to the provisions of that Directive, the following acts are amended: Act on integrated prevention; Water Law; Air Protection Act; Forestry Act; Wastes Act; Act on water supply and sewerage systems.
