Executive Board Decision on authorization requirements of solar systems.

[摘要] The present Decision implements the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1979. In particular, the Decision lays down provisions relating to the authorization of solar systems. Article 2 establishes that solar systems that are not mounted on a roof, are subject to authorization. The text consists of 3 articles.
