[摘要] This Order sets regulations and guidelines for the installation of gauges in or externally to buildings in order to measure the consumption of electricity, gas, cold water, hot water, heating or cooling in buildings. The purpose of this document is to ensure that the measurements comply with the aim to prevent energy loss which may require building renovations thereof.
