[摘要] This Act, consisting of 48 sections divided into seven Parts, creates the Asbestos Safety and Eradication Agency. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Agency entitled to administer the National Strategic Plan, which aims to prevent exposure to asbestos fibres in order to eliminate asbestos‑related disease in Australia.
