Act on the prevention of ecological damage.

[摘要] This Act establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, rights and obligations of persons for the prevention of ecological damage and its remedy, occurring or threatening protected species of wild fauna or wild flora in natural habitats, water or soil. The Act applies to ecological damage or imminent threat of its occurrence, caused by the operations listed in Annex 1 or by operational activities not listed in Annex 1 but specified in art. 5 point 2.
