[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of accrediting of independent organizations verifying, validating (determining)and attesting certificate on inventory of greenhouse gases. Accrediting authority shall be authorized state body in the sphere of environmental protection. The applicant shall submit to the accrediting authority the list of documentation specified in the Annex I.
