Electricity Act 1996.

[摘要] This Act, consisting of 98 sections divided into nine Parts and completed by two Schedules, aims at promoting efficiency and competition in the electricity supply industry, promoting the establishment and maintenance of a safe and efficient system of electricity generation, transmission, distribution and supply, and at establishing and enforcing proper standards of safety, reliability and quality in the electricity supply industry.
