[摘要] This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs amends the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 in Part A of Schedule 3 which lists national legislation for purposes of section 34 of the Act. Section 34 concerns compensation of loss caused by damage as a result of an offence under any provision listed in Schedule 3.
