[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 7 Chapters, regulates National touristic resources exploitation within the territory under Angolan jurisdiction. It establishes regulations to be applied for hotel industry performance and other touristic facilities in general, in order to preserve and valorise local socio-economic characteristics and natural environment, guaranteeing the quality of the National touristic sector.
